TapaTalk is an app you can download on your iphone, ipad, android, or blackberry. It makes forums really easy to use instead of having to scroll through real slow on an actual web page.
How to access Mariners Forum through TapaTalk...
1. Go to http://www.tapatalk.com/mobile.php on your phone
2. Click the type of phone you have.
3. Follow instructions to download app for your particular phone (can choose free or

It should come up and you can view the forum easily.

The following is a review of TapaTalk done for my site by one of my members, though I've changed a few of the words to fit our site.
There are 2 versions of this app, a free one and a $2.99 one. The free app gives you all the features the paid one does expect its read only, cannot post on threads or start new threads. At first I was a little concerned that I would have to sign in every time to the forum but it has a great little feature that manages your accounts. You just click on the board you want to visit and it signs you in.

Some of the other features with it but not related to this forum are you can view other boards that use this app and they have them broken down by genre of board if you will. With this app you can also view your history of sites you have visited which in a way I see being needed but its there nonetheless. You can manage your forum account from this app. You can manage your favorites, profile, and stats. You can also access a list that lets you see who is online and what they are doing on the forum, what thread they are viewing and so on. The great thing about this app is you can still show sigs and avatars which not many apps allow you to do that. Its a great feature that makes it feel like you are viewing the website but its an app.

On that same topic about what you can do with it, you can also check your PMs and if you had the paid you can reply to your PMs. You also have the ability to search for forums with this app. There is a button on the toolbar that says Forum that breaks down the different forums on the board.

The coolest feature of this is you have a button called Latest that lets you see all the unread threads you have not yet viewed. On this same note you can view all threads from every forum as seen below it gives you all threads in every broke down forum topic.

As you can see by those pics that it looks a lot like a text message in a way. All in all I am very impressed with this app so far. I only have the free version but am really thinking about going ahead and buying it. Its a great app. Also the app runs a lot faster on 3G and wifi then Safari does so it makes reading the forum a lot better on your phone. If you have a phone that you can use this, try it, get the free one and see how you like it. For us fans who are on the go its a great little feature.
