0/4, 2 strikeouts, 2 (weak ass) groundouts - and an error at third base to allow n unearned run to score

Maybe, but doubt it. it'll take him a few games to get warmed up and hit his midseason form

This thread is pretty priceless, especially for only having four posts.

I'll say he'll go 0 for 4 with a strike out, a walk, a steal and a run scored.

I predict that he takes a microphone out to the pitcher's mound and delivers an impromptu speech wherein he apologizes to the Mariners fans for his embarrassing play over the last two seasons and goes on to state that he has finally seen that a real major league hitter (and mature grown up person, for that matter) would take responsibility for himself and not try to pass the blame onto a switch in their natural order spot, or positional change. He'll say that he is going to sell his Lamborghini, that he will admit was a painful reminder of the money he didn't deserve and he'll joke that donkeys can't drive cars anyway. He'll say he's going to give the Seattle Mariners his salary back on the condition that they use it to help sign a player that is actually good, and that he's going to play this year for free and will voluntarily quit if his batting average ever dips below .275. He'll pledge to shave the worlds smallest goatee and never grow it back again. He'll also promise not to wear a uniform that makes him look like an 8 year old in pajamas anymore.

Then, he'll go 0-4 and when Eric Wedge reminds him that he's agreed to leave the team, he'll try to attack him in the dugout and Eric Wedge will snap his legs just by intensely staring at them.

Are we putting any money down on these predictions?

He had a nice sac hunt that helped lead to a run and a single before that. That had to be one of his most productive days ever as a Mariner.

That's impossible

Not impossible, but a good start. I still think at some point he'll head to the mound like Clark noted, but give it a little time and maybe he'll do it here!

Easily. I was happy to see him show some emotion by pounding his fists rounding first base after his first hit of the year. If you had just been tuning in you may have thought the Ms just won the world series by his reaction.
