Stop pitching to him

Pretty much just stop hanging fat pitches to him. He has 7 K's and 3 HRs in 13 career ABs. Easier said than done, but just throw a bunch of off-speed low in the zone and he will chase the majority of the time. Hang one and it's gone - I think we've seen evidence of that already. But I'm with you MM, I definitely want to see him being walked instead of challenging him at this point.

Problem was Delobar was in a fastball count even so probably should of went with a breaking pitch even if it ended in a walk he can handle a fastball and he was expecting it in a 3-0 count.

He's literally the only threat in the A's lineup. But at least it makes the games more exciting vs them and not the same ol boring 2-1 or 1-0 games

Jemile Weeks scares the crap out of me, to be honest. Every time he singles or walks (which I think will happen frequently) it turns in to a double. Speed, patience and a pretty good stroke. The A's have at least figured out their leadoff man and clean up hitter for the next four years.
