The Rays are sick, but the M's always seem to play well against them for some reason. I'll say we take game one with the King and steal one of the next three to earn a series split and come home with a 6-4 trip.

If one did not know the pain of being a Mariners fan, tonight's game was the epitome of being a Mariners fan. All one had to was watch the game to understand why we all go through the depression every year. It had it all:

- No offense
- Ace like performance from the best pitcher in baseball coupled with yet another no-decision
- More fails in runner on third and less than two out situations
- Horrible managing
- Screwed by the home plate umpire
- Pulling for a shitty player to get injured, seeing it actually happen, and not knowing how to react
- Brief glimpses of hope (Montero Mash, for example - League got two outs and was about to escape)
- Only to have that hope ripped away in an instant
- And how could I forget, a walk-off loss. Seems like the M's have to lead the world in walk-off losses over the years.

Just an awful series so far! Blowing the Felix lead was horrible! Losing in 11 with crazy League... these guys are so horribly streaky, it's hard to watch... but I do. I keep hoping for goodness to happen... so far, not so much. Damn! Damn!
