All I know is that I'll have a solid back up plan for the evening- Perhaps heading over to the elementary school to challenge some 3rd graders to a game of jam hoops on a 7 foot rim, or maybe shoot down to the convalescent center to run some impromptu cone drills and strength displays during Jeopardy. You know, so if I can't get the satisfaction of watching the Mariners beat the Rangers, at least I can get close to what it must feel like to be on the Rangers right now.

Looks like we're going to miss Neftali Feliz who is out until possibly the All Star break with "elbow inflammation". In 23 innings the M's are hitting .053 and have never scored a run against him. Earned or otherwise.
