The main downside to that is that the above song is one of those mid 90's staples that embeds itself into your mind and will not release it's grip until you hear another impossible to remove mid-90's staple, like 4 Non-Blondes "What's going on", or some other god awful turd. Besides that, it really doesn't get much more apt that "Closing Time", a song about closing up a bar for a former bartender that's now a closer.
