Between my Spring and Summer break, I went to Chicago to visit my brother. I knew I wanted to check out Wrigley Field so I planned it when they would be at home playing the Red Sox. I waited until the first inning and approached a scalper who was desperate and sold me a ticket for $10 (which is VERY good for Wrigley Field). The final score ended up being 3-0 Chicago.

The above is not related to baseball, but I took a boat cruise with my brother and got some really pretty shots of downtown. It was the most perfect night ever.

A trip to Chicago could never be done without visiting the Billy Goats Tavern (pictured above and below), owned by Billy Sianis who is believed to have cursed the Cubs. See more about it here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billy_Goat_Tavern). It is a very weird location, actually located under Michigan street. It's also a very weird restaurant, weird employees, weird stuff on the walls, weird everything. It's part of the twilight zone for sure.

What surprised me most about Wrigley Field was they didn't have any room dedicated to the history of the cubs, or the history of the stadium. It was really just restaurants, a few small teamstores, and baseball. Nothing fancy, but it sure was a cool stadium!
