Apparently Phredmojo (http://marinersforum.com/member.php?143-phredmojo)was killed in Eastern Washington in a car crash. Phredmojo was a moderator on this forum for over a year and was one of the first members on this site. This is a tragic loss to our community.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time. If you knew him, please feel free to share any tributes to him on this site. I know he was an ESPN forum moderator for a great deal of time too.

What I remember best about phredmojo is he gave me full permission to use any audiotrack on his website and was eager to help me with the site. I always appreciated his help. He might have been hard on the front office and team players, but he was one of the biggest Mariners fans you could ever find.

I feel bad because I was so hard on him here. We very seldom got along because of fundamental differences in perspective, but he was just as into the Mariners as I am. It might come off as insincere to anyone that read any of the interaction between phred and I, but I really was saddened by this news. I kept waiting for him to pop back up and reignite our battle. I know he didn't like me, I made it pretty hard for him to. This kind of thing just sucks and really puts things in perspective.

Guys, we really need to meet up and go to a game. After hearing about something like this, hell you just never know.

I agree with meeting up. You never know when your time will come, gotta have fun while you have the chance.
