Anybody else going to see Iron Man 2?

I'm gonna go check it out this weekend hopefully. If not I'll see it by next weekend. Unfortunately, at this stage it is probably more exciting than seeing Mariners baseball. :(

The first one was sweet and hopefully the second one will be even better.

Yes I will hafta go see this. Iron Man I was just too cool. I didnt watch it until about 3 months ago and really enjoyed it. I'm not much into superhero movies, but this one was awesome.

Went and saw it tonight. It was good, but not as great as the first one. It was almost like it was trying to hard to be funny and the action didn't really pick up until about 2/3 of the way through the movie.

Still a quality movie and worth the money to go see though.

I have recently agreed to see the first Iron Man movie. I have some things that for inexplicable reasons, I despise. Robert Downey Jr. tops the list (The Eagles settle in at number 2). I can't explain it, although I can remember when it started, but I just can't listen to the man speak without getting angry. However, I grew up reading and collecting Marvel comics, and to a person, everyone I talk to says that was a great film, RDJ be damned. So, this week, I'm taking the plunge. I have a general RDJ film boycott, although I did see Zodiac (all his scenes were annoying). So, afterward I can handle taking my boy to see the second one. The reviews I've read are about as luke warm as yours.
