Another smart move by Z... the M's signed Mike Sweeney to a minor league deal and he will be at spring training. This is a Win-Win deal for the Mariners and also Sweeney. Sweeney want's to be on the M's team because he respects our manager and we could use someone like him if he makes it through spring training!
It's always good to at least consider a 5 time all star player!
