According to Wikipedia, there's been Jason Schmidt, Scott Podsednik, Moises Alou, Coco Crisp, Jeremy Bonderman, and, of course:

Wow. I did not know that Ortiz was sent over as a fart in the wind. Thanks for the info, I've been wondering that as these PTBNL's always seem like formalities in roster clearing dumps. Interesting to see that on rare occasions they can be embarrassingly effective players.
