Mariner Fan in Boise!

Hey Guys! Glad I found this site, I've been looking for a website for some Mariner's baseball talk and other baseball forums I've found is nothing but Yankee and Boston fans fighting.

I got in to the baseball game kind of late in life (really a shame, I would have loved to play more as a kid/teen). Just started really following the M's a few years ago, but quickly realized how much I love baseball and will watch just about any game on TV I can.

My family is from eastern Washington, I was born in Pullman while my dad was going to WSU (Go Cougs!) so naturally I follow the Seattle teams, except for basketball, where I'm a Boston fan (hey, they have some Sonic roots on the team right?).

I'm currently attending Boise State part time while I work full time for HP.

I'm hoping this year to make my way to Seattle and can finally catch some games, probably between the spring and summer semesters.

I'm the same way about WSU! I'm one of those annoying fans that roots for all Washington teams unless they're playing each other and I have to pick... Then I'm a Huskies fan.
