Welcome to the site cpgrad08, and thank you very much for serving the country. Where were you from in Washington?

Lakewood, South Lakewood in Pierce County next to Tacoma. Not to be confuse with the Lakewood North of Seattle.

P.S. Cali sucks compared to Washington.

Welcome cpgrad08, stick around and keep posting!
Also, thank you- You know, for the whole "putting your life on the line for my freedom" thing. I really do appreciate it, and try not to take it for granted. Got a real good friend in the Marines. He's working at the embassy in New Dehli.

Go Mariners! (wow, that felt awkward after 7 straight losses....)

Welcome to the club man. As someone else that has spent my share of fun times in the sandbox, stay safe.

And Clark, I'm feeling you. It's going to be really wierd going to the games in KC this week and actually feeling embarrassed (which is horrible considering how KC has been for the last two decades).

Thank you I will take you up on that. It's looking like I won't be able to go to a game until July.

On this historic day,

I want to make sure ya contact me directly (sometimes I miss alot of replies to posts) to make sure ya get a pair of tickets that I promised. (not gonna be diamond club though :-)

Sometimes people will get wrapped up what they think is patriotic...and not realize that the service of every member overseas helps complete missions.

I dont know what your MOS is, but from experience I know that every soldier has part to complete all missions. Without each individual doing his/her part today would not have happened.

Just make sure you get your ass home safe. and GO MARINERS!!

Hey dude, I just saw this thread or else I would have posted this sooner. I work for NMCI, if you ever run into any issues, let me know, and I'll see what I can do to make sure it gets taken care. And this goes to anyone else, there has to be someone on here that works for the Navy.
