ESPN Game?
Today's matchup with the Cardinals will be televised on ESPN at 7:09 ET or 4:09 PT. This will mark the first time in about two years the Mariners will appear on the nationally acclaimed station and I will be tuning in. I enjoy listening to their announcers as they always have interesting facts to talk about our Mariners.
I always seem to remember us playing pretty good on ESPN in the past. I remember the game where Matsuzaka was making his debut for Boston and Felix came out and dominated the Red Sox to the tune of a 1-hit shutout to steal the show.
Will you be watching the ESPN feed, the NW feed, or just not watch the game at all because we suck?

I would watch it but I don't believe I get in ESPN with my cable package. Anyone know if there is a spot we can watch it if we don't have this channel? Aka, streaming?
What is the reason for the Mariners being on ESPN this year?

I don't know of any sites that are streaming the game. Major League Baseball is really strict on that stuff so I doubt there is any site that is doing it. As for the reason why we are on ESPN, who knows? I guess we were predicted to be pretty good coming into this year and they were probably trying to catch a Cliff Lee or Felix Hernandez vs. Pujols matchup.

I hope we never get back on ESPN after this pathetic performance. I don't know why anyone would want to see this joke of a baseball team on national T.V.
