Brandon League is the #Mariners' No. 2 trade commodity, after Cliff Lee. #Seattle #MLB
I'm not so sure we'd even want to deal him. He's the best pitcher we have in the pen.

I would never trade Brandon league. He has two more arbitration years until Free Agency in 2013, meaning we have two good years left with him. He will always be a decently reliable arm in the bullpen which in all honesty can be hard to get. He would be one of my last trading pieces. I would give Aardsma away any day before League.

    I don't think so.

In my opinion he is our closer of the future.

The guy is unhittable when he has that sinker working.

I think Morosi is just speculating that League is our most valuable tradable commodity after Lee is gone. I find it hard to believe given Fister and Vargas, but he may be referring to value that we could actually deal. Sounds like speculation.
