    Default 2010 Playoff bandwagon

In the 2010 playoffs the teams I will be bandwagon rooting for are the Phillies/Giants in the NL, and the Rays in the AL. I wouldn't mind the Twins so much, but I'd prefer to see the Rays end up in the World Series based purely on Yankee hatred. The Phillies I've always sort of liked... I have a weird thing about teams from Pennsylvania... (Except the Steelers. Hate the Steelers), and the Giants I like because I like their pitching, and I rooted for them in the 2002 series.
I suppose I'd lean more toward the Giants if I had to pick one simply because the Phillies have won a series recently, but either one is fine.

    You?

Remember back in April when we thought throngs would be jumping on our bandwagon? Yeah, me neither. But anyway, come on Braves! Win one for the Gipper...or Bobby Cox. Whatever works for you.

Phillies for Sweeney and the ex: mariners. On the other hand, I wouldn't mind seeing Texas go far since they did end up trading us some valuable pieces in the future to contend this year. I think it would be fun to see Cliff Lee again during a world series, too.

Rays for the AL. I never root for my rivals no matter what and Cliff Lee isn't a Mariner anymore furthermore we would be the only team in the AL West without a World Series. For the NL the Braves i don't really know why i just am rooting for them lol.

By the way is it just me or in these NL games are the hitters pathetic? I don't know just seems like they have 1 or 2 good hitters and the rest of them just aren't that good been like 1 or 2 run games in the NL playoffs.

Going to root for San Fran over Philly in the NLCS. I hope the Rays win for the same reason as Nateyb- can't root for a division rival. Just can't.

Saturday's Halladay/Lincecum match up will be epic for those that like great pitching.

Yeah, it's been pretty ugly. The NL playoffs are usually pretty slow due to good pitching and a lack of a DH, but this year I think it's just been a case of great pitching. The thing that's jumped out at me is the terrible defense... Atlanta? OUCH! Just ugly.

Yea thats going to be one heck of a game same with the rest of them Lincecum (Even though hes going to have to turn into a Roy Halladay type pitcher hes lost alot of velocity he used to be a triple digit pitcher.) Zito,Sanchez,Cain one hell of a lineup for the Giants. Ill root for San Fran this time to although i think the Phillies have the better hitters.
