    Default College baseball postseason tournament

Anybody here watch and follow college baseball? Should be a good postseason. Unfortunately, my ECU Pirates have to go through the No. 1 overall seed and Danny Hultzen. We already played them once this year and won one-of-three, so who knows what'll happen.

Below is the link to the bracket.

Virginia BARELY snuck by UC Irvine today. Needed two runs in the bottom of the ninth to come back and advance to the College World Series. More chances to see Hultzen, Hicks, and Proscia coming next week.

I think college baseball hurt itself by switching the bats. It took a lot of excitment out of the game. It used to be a totally different game than the pros, but now it is basically the same.

Do we know who's pitching tomorrow? It will be an interesting series, as I go to Cal, and I will be able to see Hulzten at the same time.

Hultzen started today against SC, but apparently he's sick with something. They pulled him out after the third, but he pitched a gem. 8 strikeouts and 1 hit. Not too shabby for a guy whose not feeling too hot. I've seen him pitch over the last couple years and he's definately the real deal. Be a very nice rotation with Felix, Pineda and Hultzen in there. Kid has a wicked slider.
